This policy explains what personal information Ninety Out ("Ninety Out", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to this website, brokers and agencies that use our services, and the people we contact on behalf of our clients.

1. Information we collect from website visitors

What you give us. When you request sample renewals or contact us, we collect your name, work email address, agency name and state, and anything you write to us.
Technical information. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to serve and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies or open tracking on this site.
Fonts. The site loads the IBM Plex Sans typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files.

2. Information we collect about business contacts

Our services involve contacting employer decision makers on behalf of broker clients. For that purpose we collect and hold business contact information about people at employers and at insurance agencies: name, job title, employer, business email address, business phone number, business address and professional profile links. This information comes from:

publicly available regulatory filings that employers with group benefit plans make each year, which report the plan, its insurers and the agencies paid on its policies;
business contact data providers and professional directories;
email verification services that confirm whether an address can receive mail;
direct correspondence with the person.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, consumer credit information, or information about individuals' health coverage. The plan information we hold is about employers, not about their employees or dependents.

3. How we use information

To send you the sample renewals or reply you asked for, and to follow up about our services.
To provide our services to broker clients, including sending business email and professional network messages to employer decision makers about upcoming benefit renewals, and booking meetings.
To verify email addresses, prevent bounces and honor opt outs across every client we serve.
To operate, secure and improve the website and the service, and to keep records the law requires.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share the contact information we compile with anyone other than the client on whose behalf a person was contacted, and then only the details relevant to that contact. We never share commission or compensation figures with the employers they relate to.

4. Commercial email and your choices

Business email we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every message identifies the sender, has a truthful subject, includes a postal address, and offers a way to stop further email. If you ask us to stop, we honor it within ten business days and add you to a suppression list that applies across all our clients. You can also email hello@ninetyout.com at any time to opt out, to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We do not send to addresses in Canada or outside the United States.

5. Who we share information with

Clients. A broker client receives the contact details and meeting information for the people we contacted on their behalf.
Service providers. Companies that host our site and data, send and receive email on our behalf, verify email addresses, supply business contact data, and schedule meetings. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Legal. When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.

6. Retention

Website inquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to two years after. Business contact records used for outreach are deleted or refreshed after twelve months unless they belong to an active client engagement. Suppression records are kept for as long as needed to honor the opt out. Employer plan information from public filings is retained as a business record.

7. Security

Information is stored on systems with access controls, encrypted in transit, and limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing hello@ninetyout.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights. Much of the information we hold is business contact information about people in their professional capacity, which some state laws treat differently; we still honor requests wherever we can.

9. Children

This website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
